terms
These terms cover buying from at invivo.works. is operated by in silico llc, the seller of every order. Placing an order means you agree to them. The shipping & returns and privacy pages are part of them.
orders
The shop runs on Shopify, which takes payment. An order is an offer to buy, accepted when we confirm it.
If a piece turns out to be unavailable, or a price or description on the site was wrong, we may cancel the order and refund it in full. You can cancel any order before it ships.
prices
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are added at checkout. Prices can change, but you pay the price shown when you order.
shipping and returns
Shipping times, returns, finish and repairs are set out on the shipping & returns page. In short: burner can be returned within 90 days, editioned and one of one pieces are final sale, damaged parcels within the United States are replaced, and lost parcels are refunded once the insurance claim is paid.
apple watch
burner is a case for Apple Watch, sold without the watch. It is not tested or rated to protect a watch from water or impact.
in vivo is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple. Apple Watch and Apple Watch Ultra are trademarks of Apple Inc.
works and images
Buying a work, an edition or a one of one piece gives you the object, not the right to reproduce it. The designs, images, text and marks on this site belong to in vivo. Please ask before reusing them.
liability
Nothing here limits the rights you have under the law where you live. Beyond those, in vivo's liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it.
law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of California. We may update them; the version on this page when you order is the one that applies.
