shipping
Orders ship from San Francisco, within the United States and internationally.
Pieces in stock ship within 5 business days. Pieces made to order ship in 4 to 5 weeks. A tracking number follows by email once your order leaves.
Shipping is charged at checkout. Choose signature on delivery and the parcel is handed over only against a signature.
International orders ship by USPS or DHL Express, priced at checkout. Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country and paid on delivery.
burner titanium ships free and signed for on delivery: priority two day within the United States, priority international everywhere else. In the EU and UK its price includes import duties and taxes.
An order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships.
damaged or lost
If a parcel arrives damaged within the United States, send it back and we will replace it at no cost to you. Outside the United States, damage is assessed case by case.
A lost parcel is refunded once the postal insurance claim is paid.
A parcel that tracking shows as delivered cannot be refunded if it goes missing afterwards. Signature on delivery prevents this. If you chose it and the parcel was left without a signature, we replace it free.
returns
burner can be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund, with everything it came with. Return shipping is paid by you. To start a return, write to contact@invivo.works with your order number.
Editioned and one of one pieces, burner titanium included, are final sale.
Works marked inquire are not sold through the shop. Their terms are agreed with each buyer directly.
finish
Every burner is made and finished in small runs, so color and texture vary slightly from piece to piece and from the photographs.
Like well made clothing, the anodized finish is meant to wear with use. Scratches and softened edges are part of the object as it is lived with, not a defect.
repairs
If a magnet comes loose or a part fails, write to contact@invivo.works. We will send instructions to fix it yourself. If it cannot be fixed at home, send it back and will repair it. You just pay the shipping.
burner is a simple object and rarely needs either.
